If you know me well enough, you know that I am all about CHanges. Love changes. Changes to me is like a rolling stone. You know that ole proverb, “a rolling stone gathers no moss”, well that’s kind of how I think about changes. If you don’t make frequent changes in your life you become stagnant.
My nannie wasn’t much into changes. She had a schedule. You could set your clock by her, and she wasn’t much about spur of the moment. Nannie would often comment that my parents were like ‘gypsies’. I guess she thought of them as gypsies because they were forever changing their minds and doing things on a whim. I think I have a bit of that gypy in me. Sorry Nannie.
So…in an attempt to make some {positive} changes. One change that I have to make is I have to stop analyzing and thinking too deep into things. Seriously here. I have a great little scrapbooking area, and I have a lot of great scrapbooking and rubberstamping goodies. I have gotten so caught up in the {perfect} page. The newest and improved tools and the need to organize and re-organize all of these goodies that I get absolutely nothing accomplished. I have got to begin using all of this paper and embellishments and I have to get my memories documented. That is the important part of this crazy hobby, right? Documenting our memories!
My life is crazy, and nursing school has really gotten into the way of my creativity, but I have to take control. Are you with me? Once a month I want/need to accomplish something in that Art Studio of mine. I need to dust off that cricut and blow the dust off all tools and punches and use them!
So, this is what I have done. I walked into my studio and grabbed one of my 12×12 plastic containers {gasp, plastic!}.

Opened it and purposely looked for some matching items. I paired the patterned paper that I found inside this container with an 8×8 album and some similar colored cardstock.

I’ll share my finished project by the end of the weekend.
So, are you up to some changes?! Let me know…
xO-Jenny

Whew glad you got this back on here….ahahah Yes I am all about changes as we know the past couple of days I found out I can do whatever I need to and then let it go….I like changes too and have many in my life some good some not so good, but always a learning lesson..the only thing you can set your clock by me is when I have to leave from work and when I leave….that is the only schedule I have the rest of my life is whatever happens.and also ready to go or do something and fit in what I want to do with my scrapbooking etc…..gypy is what I have too….as I can remember as a family always moving living somewere different….mostly in Maine..and guess that is why I moved to Fl for awhile….alway wanting to learn something new and different in my life maybe that is what keeps me young do you think? so I could go on but don’t want to write a book….and guess also at my age I may have some more changes.one thing I have learned is ..family….. is important..and that will never change. love you mom Fran
