Around the House, Coupons, Unscripted Sketches etc

Phew, not sure where to start, but here goes.

This week has been a crazy one. We finished our three exams in 8 days, and somehow I am still alive. The stress of nursing school is totally kicking into full gear. 24 days to go. And seriously, I am ready for it to be over. I just want my degree, and I want to put this journey behind me. Moreso, I want my life back.

Couponing. I’ve been able to do a couple couponing trips while running errands. I am only going to show you what I have rec’vd free due to using coupons.

Okay, I know, you are wondering about the Johnson & Johnson soaps…not only are we putting together three care packages for soldiers, but I am also putting together a box of goodies to donate to a local homeless shelter. I have claimed the excedrin for myself!!

Here’s a peek at our old front door this morning. I am sad to see it go, but safety wise and to prevent the heat from going out the front door, it was time. The new door is being installed as well as a new one length screen door. I’m actually more excited about the screen door!! It’s pretty much quite a disaster out front right now, so after pictures tomorrow.

I spent a few minutes on the back deck this afternoon straightening out stuff and getting ready to add flowers! I lost a lot of my large sized terra cotta pots because I was too lazy to carry them all down cellar last season. That’ll teach me to be lazy!

I look forward to going to the nursery to purchase flowers for the back deck and the new flower garden. Lot’s to do, just need the weather to better cooperate.

Unscripted Sketches begins tomorrow with our first Sketch it Saturday sketch. The design team have created some gorgeous projects. We hope you will join us.

This day has flown by, and I need to find myself being productive. So until tomorrow, have a great remainder of your Friday friends!

So glad you made it through the exams and less than a month to go!

I thought I did great at the grocery store this weekend, with four dollar doubler coupons which made stuff I was buying less than half price, but you made a killing! I can’t wait to see the doors–and for the weather to be nice enough to leave it open. Sunny days, and warm weather, are coming……
