A little bit of this, & A little bit of that…

Everyday Life,Scrapbooking & Rubberstamping | Tuesday 14 April 2009 2:39 pm

That about sums up my Tuesday. Worked around the inside of the house to get it semi back into a nonchaotic state, went for a walk, visited with some girlfriends, worked on coupon organizing, worked on some unemployment responsibilities as I have to attend another unemployment seminar on Thursday {blasted to all!}, scrubs washed and ready to be ironed for my 12-hour clinical tomorrow, and a bit of reading for school responsibilities. Thinking a nap would be a great idea, but time is short and I can’t waste my time sleeping just yet.

I had purchased a coupon organizer, and it just wasn’t working for me. Nikki and I did a quick trip into Walmart yesterday after our lecture and I picked up a clearanced two-up photo album. I set it up into categories and I am really loving it, and think for me it is going to work very well and be much easier while in the store.

Nikki bought me three of these great Breast Cancer nylon totes that fold up very small to fit easily in my purse. I love them! Thank you again, Nikki! If you have a Kmart local to you, word is that Kmart is planning their next round of double coupons starting 4/19. I would recommend calling your local Kmart to have them verify as it appears that not all Kmart’s will be participating.

A few link shares that I have found that I appreciate, and think you may also. Frugal Makes Cents, she has written a few great articles about how to live frugal easily. Living Easy, I am loving this blog!! 5 Dollar Dinners, how can you beat these great ‘healthy’ meals!

Don’t forget about Sketch it Saturday at Unscripted Sketches it’s not too late to jump in and share your creation with our first sketch.

Okay, I could ramble on, and on, but for here, I’m going to get moving before this day comes to an end.

You must have a nice big purse to shop with a photo album! But it sure is organized. This week Stop&Shop had Breyers ice cream (yum) on sale buy one get one free. I also had a coupon for $1 off. Needless to say we have two delicious kinds of ice cream in the freezer ready for the next craving.
