I had a mandatory seminar that I had to attend this week and had to drive over an hour one way to attend–but I made the best of the situation, and visited their Goodwill and came home with a couple of goodies that I am so excited over!
Awhile ago I was able to find a state plate of New Hampshire {my middle child was born there}, and today I picked up an interesting plate and this vintage state of Maine was staring at me {my daughter was born here in Maine}.

Now, I just need to find a vintage Texas state plate to complete my collection so I can hang them in the kitchen.
I walked a bit further and looked down, and tho I have no ide what I am going to do with this plate, I just could not resist it.

Yep, I grew up with Holly Hobbie, I still remember my first sewing machine, a Holly Hobbie design, that never did work properly. Guess I’ll have to blame Holly Hobbie for my lack of sewing abilities.
Okay, I have to get my nose and brain cells back into my Psych lectures. I am struggling, and need to be able to ace my final exam…so until next time. {and yes, any and all prayers accepted!!}
