I’m doing some intense cleaning of my house. You know the pull everything out, scrubbing the walls, dusting ‘underneath’ things…that kind of ‘holy cow, it’s been a while since I’ve done this’, kind of cleaning. Unfortunately, it is slow going as my exhaustion is over taking me. I was hoping I would make my way up to the second floor by now, but I don’t forsee this happening as time is not on my side.
I pulled everything off the bookcase here in the livingroom and thought I would share four semesters of Nursing Lecture notes:

This isn’t including endless amounts of careplans and individual articles that I printed out for almost every unit in an attempt to put some facts in easier terms and understanding.
We averaged about $500.00 each semester for books, and I purchased an average of about $150.00 each semester for additional books, so needless to say I have a lot of money sitting on three shelves of the bookcase. Too bad I couldn’t get an equal return–that would be some great shopping money!!
I began my walking program today, and Oliver and I walked a total of 5 miles. Well, I should say, I walked a total of 5 miles, and Oliver hitched a ride in my arms here and there. The noise of the trucks particularly made him a bit nervous, but as we got closer to home he appeared to be less intimidated by them.
Tomorrow is my last Med Surg clinical. Anxious for it to come, and go! My bestgirlie, Sharon is flying in tomorrow from Florida, and I am so excited to spend time with her!! Toni will be flying in from North Carolina Friday, but unfortunately has to leave on Monday. {waahh}
Well, I am going to get back to finishing up this livingroom so I can make my way into the kitchen before time keeps ticking away. I hope your Tuesday has been a wonderful one. Until next time…
Oh…they posted 205 Adult Client exam results and I passed!! Man, the thought of repeating that course and all of those clinicals…well, you know! Still waiting on 204 Psych exam results…so, so far, so good…but I’m still going to keep my fingers and toes crossed.
