Love that the yard sales are up and about! Such a fun way to spend a couple hours exploring other people’s treasures.

I got so many fun things this morning. The perfect white shelf to hang above the oven, kitchen towels, glass storage jars, candles, 4 piece {red} canister set, spice rack, 4 sets of beautiful bedding, an Aero baseball cap {for .10}, a train case {a size that I do not have, and even better .50}, an antique quilt, a hanging scale, a couple decorative bird houses, a freezer bag filled with puppy/dog themed scrapbooking embellishments, and a few more goodies. Here’s just a few pictures.

This color blue must have been really popular as it seems whenever I come across suitcases, this is the color.

Love this scale! Already have it hanging in the kitchen beside the sink. Now, need to get serious about pulling that kitchen together {new paint, pull up the indoor/outdoor carpet and lay slate…}. I better stop, before I start pulling out my kitchen-idea binder and get myself in trouble.

I made an extremely quick card today. Having extremely limited embellishments for men definetly speeds up the creative process.

Nothing spectacular, but it suits the purpose, and I think it’s so much better than a store bought…so it’s all good. But, I need to invest in some masculine rubberstamps and such.
