My new sleep schedule is not going as planned.
Night 1 Bed at 9:10p, wide awake at 5:00a.
Night 2 Bed at 9:25p, wide awake at 3:11a.
Night 3 Bed at 11:00p, wide awake at 7:15a. My best night of sleep and, today has found me with much more energy.
Strange!! I thought my body would be happy that I was attempting to go to sleep at a ‘normal’ hour.

I am studying for the NCLEX, but have to be honest, and admit that I have not been as focused as I should/need to be, and have wasted a lot of valuable time this week.
I do believe I have Fluids and Electrolytes under my belt inside out, and backwards, so that is a good thing. But, tomorrow is a new day, and Acids and Bases, here I come. So, all is good.
Time is ticking, so for here I am going to run along. Until next time…

Well I hope you get some better sleep and better study time…it is just so hard to do “indoor quiet things” when the weather outside is so alluring isn’t it??
