Hey friends!

Boy, time sure does go quickly when you are having [fun]. Yesterday, my entire day was spent cleaning. I was able to get the attic completely cleaned out and everything reorganized in plastic totes. Worked a bit on the cellar. Two trips to the dump, bottles to the redemption center and house pulled together.

Tonight I went to a dessert party and met up with a few High School classmates that I hadn’t seen in over 20 years. Had a great time. ONe of the girls was wearing an absolutely gorgeous necklace that I couldn’t take my eyes off and upon talking with her found out that her [vintage/cottage] specialty store will be carrying them-and I cannot wait to get my hands on one!!

I went to a yardsale at the American Legion hall above my house this morning, and found some wonderful goodies…a brand new set of three white ceramic mixing bowls, vintage measuring spoons, and a bag full of named brand clothes and a few vintage linens.

Sketch #15 at Unscripted Sketches was a fun sketch, and here is the card that I created.

I am [almost] done reading Twilight. I was in hopes of finishing it this week and watching the movie this weekend, so if I close this post and get myself upstairs this just may go as I hoped/planned.
