Spent most of the day with my youngest son today, errands and grocery shopping together. Matthew still hasn’t decided what he wants for his birthday meal, and we are still trying to figure out everyones work schedule.

I feel so bad, because it seems like every August Matthew’s birthday is the most difficult to coordinate. We bought a  little birthday cake and had a mini-celebration tonight.

We went to the lake tonight and Oliver figured out how to do the doggy paddle! There was a lot of people and dogs at the lake and Oliver never barked. The behavior training that we are working so hard on with him is really working!!

He is exhausted and spread out on the hallway floor sound asleep from all of the excitement of the visit to the lake.

Project 365 photo for today is Matthew. 18 years and 1 day old. And as usual, getting a photo of him is worse than pulling teeth!!

So…another day down, and again, nothing accomplished that I should be getting accomplished. Need to figure out a way to light a fire under my bottom and stop avoiding my responsibilities.

For this Tuesday post I am going to close down and hoping for sleep to come easily and quickly for me tonight. Until tomorrow, I hope you had a great day today, and goodnight!
