Apple Picking…

A seed hidden in the heart of an apple is an orchard invisible.  -Welsh Proverb

Happy Sunday friends! This morning Keith and I went apple picking at a local orchard, and this afternoon my house was filled with the wonderful smells of apple crisp baking in the oven. I especially love the wolf river apples for baking.

Concluded this weeks responsibilities for my statistics class today, and honestly, I am just so ready for this class to be over. Moving from descriptive [which I found very difficult] into inferential statistics. Bleh!

I start my new job tomorrow morning, and needless to say I am just a tad nervous, and excited! Ham is baking in the oven, and I still have quite a bit of things I need to get accomplished before this day comes to an end. Here’s to a beautiful week ahead of us. Until later…
