After a short nap this morning Keith and I visited two local yard sales, and man, it was some cold!!

I scored this beautiful antique chair, for $5.00. Not sure if I will be adding it to my bedroom, or my sunroom/art studio.

Other than the chair, I found two books [the Chicken Soup for the Soul for my daughter], a small cupcake stand [also for my daughter], a couple of Christmas tins to fill with chocolates to bring to work, and finally, Keith found himself a medium size wooden box. Total spent yard saleing this morning = $9.25.

Doubtful that there will be many more yardsales in the coming weeks due to the weather becoming increasingly cold. Was thinking I can count on one hand the number of times I went yard saleing this past summer, but the purchase of the sweet chair this morning makes up for my choice of sleep over yard saleing all summer.

That’s my yard sale excitement! Pizza, and a movie before I call an end to this day. I hope your Saturday has been a beautiful one! Until later…
