I asked Keith to paint me a birds nest with three eggs inside to represent my three children, and a feather [a very personal meaning]. I’ve had to ask him a few times when he was going to complete my painting, and surprise, it is completed and ready to hang.

Isn’t it beautiful!

I first got the idea of this painting while reading Feathers from My Nest around this time last year. If you are feeling the pains of an empty nest, I truly recommend this book.
