Life is not complex. We are complex. Life is simple,
and the simple thing is the right thing.

It’s been another rainy day here on the East Coast. A lot of people are complaining on facebook, but I remind myself how much worse it could be. Rainy days are always a good excuse to slow down, and relax.
I’m working on obligations, plans, and ideas for November, December, and January today. Hoping the to-do list will help keep me focused, which in return just might lower the stress level during our holiday season.
This morning I tackeled the upstairs linen closet specifically looking for our electric blanket and decided to do away with all of the excess sheets, pillow cases, etc. Amazing how much ‘stuff’ had accumulated.
Keith has been working on our monthly bills/college loan debt, to get ready to tighten our financial belt on January 1st. It’s going to be tight and we are going to have to live by a tight monthly budget but it will definetly be worth it to have less debt…and we’ve thrown in a little goal plan.
This day has flown by much too quickly, and I need to find myself having some supper and getting ready to head out to my 6:45p-7:15a shift. Until later, here’s to a great week ahead of us!!

well at lest the cats are sleeping……..have a good night at work….
Hi Jenny, sounds like a great day to tackle some ideas for the holidays to make things less stressful later.
And good for you to have a plan to get out of debt quicker. Those student loans sure can suck the life out of you. Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure glad that we are able to get loans as neither myself nor hubby would have finished school without them. I look forward to when our school debt is also paid off.
Have a great day.
