An old, & a NEW LOve

I love my Rebel. A lot of memories have been saved in print because of her, and most, if not all of the photos are absolutely beautiful.

Wanting a compact camera to throw in my purse, or backpack, Keith bought me this little beauty that I am very happy with.  A wonderful camera for those everyday glimpses of my/our life.

Of course…the boys are not as happy with my sleek little camera…

In other news:

School: A new class has started: Advancing Nursing Through Inquiry and Research. Not sure which will be the death of me during this class. The research papers, or the group project. Of course, the note from the professor telling us not to let our previous final grades fool us, has me a little worried that she is going to be a hard ass, not to mention her constant reminders of using the 6th edition requirements for APA formatting. Knew right away she was going to a rough one when she announced that her name is, Dr + last name. BLeh!

Work: The previous two nights were a bit rough and I came home mentally, and emotionally exhausted and questioning myself if I could have/should have done things different. Don’t know. All I do know is the next few weeks are going to be equally rough waiting for the right combination of medications to level out the patient.

Family/Life/Home: Keith and I are awaiting the births of TWO new nieces. I am so excited. Keith is hoping to have our kitchen completely finished by the end of this month [insert a huge whoot, whoot! here].

Etc: I have chosen my ‘theme’ for Christmas 2011, and have a short list of a few projects to complete. Yeah, I am pathetic, every now and then. Thankful that today I have an appointment with my eye doctor. My eyes have been changing since September, very frustrating, and annoying! Received a link from Olivers doctor yesterday, A “Dog Years” Calculator. At almost 2 years old, Oliver is 21 human years old.

Much to accomplish today, specifically huge amounts of reading, so for here I must run along. Have a great Tuesday…until next time…
