Reggie turned 21 yesterday, and tomorrow Keith and I will celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary. As we both have to work tomorrow night we decided to have a beautiful homecooked anniversary supper tonight. Keith cooked filet mignon with chive butter, asparagus, and baby red potatoes stuffed with asiago and chives. Homemade french bread, and creme brulee for dessert.

Oh! That meal looks absolutely perfect! You’ve inspired me to want to replicate it for Valentine’s Day. Beautiful! Care to share recipe on how the little steaks were prepared (grilled, pan fried, baked?) and how to make those little potatoes look so utterly perfect?
