Twenty-four years ago today I woke up not feeling well. It was the original due date given to me for the birth of my first child, but two days previous at my doctors appointment my doctor announced that she did not expect me to begin labor until the beginning of the week.

With the lyrics to Elton Johns…you’ll be Blessed, little did I know that I would be the one blessed. Whenever I hear Brad Paisley’s She’s Everything on the radio I automatically think of my daughter, because so many of the descriptives describe her perfectly.

I love you Toni Jean-Marie, and will never forget February 23, 1987 at 12:57am when you entered my life and took my breathe away!!
