What a beautiful way to welcome in March. This morning I received a card from my mentor, and hero, Dr. Anne Napier. She  usually sends me a clipping that relates to my field of work. Todays clipping is an article related to the necessity, and difficulties of being a night nurse.

Compromise. I’m not always good at it. But I’m getting a little better. I really wanted our back deck to be torn down, and a larger one built…with an addition of a two person hot tub. Well. Unfortunately the reality is there is not enough time for Keith to do everything that I want/need done, and we can’t afford to hire out. So this Spring we have decided to concentrate on finishing the outside of the house, the flower gardens, and will be building a raised bed vegetable garden. New deck/hot tub will be the goal for next Spring. Especially hoping for a good growth of cucumbers so my sister and I can make bread and butter pickles. We are also planning on putting up an invisible fence so we don’t have to worry about Olivers safety when we are outside. Bet you can’t tell we are anxious for Spring!!

Well friends, this afternoon is flying by at warp speed, and I must do some reading and work on homework. Here’s to a beautiful month ahead of us!! Until next time…
