A Sunday well-spent brings a week of content -Proverb
It’s a lazy Sunday here. Keith is up in his studio creating, and I am in the living room multitasking to prepare for another week of school, and work. I recently bought a weekly pill container to keep me on track, [don't be alarmed by all the colors--low on actual prescriptions, high on herbal and vitamins, and all with my doctors recommendations]. No more excuses for not taking my vitamins, etc. The other night at work during downtime I started to read a phenomenal book about Fibromyalgia that is opening my eyes hugely. I’ve been inspired to journal, and organize myself for a One Month at a Time mini album. A look at our life during 2011. I like Tami’s overall idea, and have decided to create a format a little more personal for myself and my family. I ‘think’ this project may be manageable. I need to finalize a simple/easy design, sketch,etc…more info in the next few weeks.

After a lot of thought, and consideration, I have decided to request a transfer from my shift to a vacant 3p-11p shift. It will suck having to work five eight hour shifts vs my three twelve, and every other week eight hour shift, but I am feeling that my health and spirit will continue to worsen working the night shift. We’ll see what happens, as I am uncertain how many other peers may be interested in this shift.
