My Monday plans: drive to Bangor for doctors appointment in hopes to be released to return back to work on my next scheduled shift. Go to mall and purchase new reading glasses as mine were destroyed during said situation Saturday night.
- The Good: The doctor was wonderful. Warm, caring, and focused on me. The symptoms I am having are all part of a concussion and hopefully will subside, and I am able to return to work Wednesday night, and will see her again next week for another follow-up.
- The Bad: I left my wallet at home. Needless to say, by time I got back home, I was too lazy to turn around and drive back.
Grades were posted for my Nursing Informatics course this morning. I received a 99%. Next class: Topics in Clinical Nursing begins May 2nd, and I am probably going to regret this, but I cannot wait! I have already printed out all of the articles that we will be responsible to read and the topics are very interested and more importantly ‘patient orientated’. I have a feeling it is going to be very writing intense. [sigh]
Have I mentioned that I am [slightly] addicted to Pinterest? I have found a number of ideas to recreate for the garden, and love, love, love this William Sonoma Mini Pie Maker.
The real estate agent walked thru our house this morning. He had very good things to say about the size of our bedrooms, etc. He will be back in touch with us on Wednesday regarding market price info. Excited, and nervous at the same time.
On that note, I am going to head to bed and hopefully will not forget my wallet tomorrow morning as I head out to purchase a new pair of reading glasses. Here’s to a great week ahead of each of us!
