Amazing how a project on a whim can cost so much money, and take up so much time! But, man, the table, and chair are beautiful! I am waiting for the polyurethane to dry and all that is remaining is to add the knobs back on the drawer, and to tie the chair cushion on, and wait until you see the cushion!!

What I learned: I believe I wore more paint than the actual desk, and chair. Oil based paint is very, very difficult to wash off skin. Birds flying over head are evil! One dropped a bomb on the top of the desk just as I finished with the polyurethane [sigh].

This is my weekend to work so I am short on time, but I am ready for my next project! Have a great weekend friends. Until next time…
