100 days until Christmas. Every year I say I am going to be ready, and yet, every year I run around at the very last minute stressed out. I am a bit ahead of the game, as I have a theme already planned out. I cannot wait to put out my vintage ceramic Christmas trees, and my Willow Tree Nativity Set!

I stopped in to our local Borders yesterday, and found a few books that I had in my Amazon wish list. Well over $200.00 worth of books for about $20.00. I am still shocked that Borders will no longer exist after today. Keith, the kids, and myself spent a lot of time at Borders…but mostly, I feel bad for all those employees who may have great difficulty finding a job…
I started reading The Way I See It and I have to tell you it is much better than the reviews. Each chapter describes a Little House episode. Growing up watching Little House, and frequently watching its repeats on the Hallmark channel during the week I am finding the book interesting and far from boring.
I am serious about wanting to be Adam’s girlfriend right now, and he totally makes me want to run to DJ and have a sleeve created.
Well friends, I had the day off from work today, and sadly got nothing accomplished other than making another mess. I’m on the next three days, so for here I am going to close down, and attempt to straighten out this mess a little. Until next time…
