Things that matter most must never be at the mercy of things that matter least. – Goethe
The kids helped a bit with some house work today, and look what was pulled out of the attic…
I also tidied up the mantle, streamlining it a little more and removing a number of willow tree figurines, photos, etc. Not really feeling it, but for now, all is good. I have so many willow tree figurines, I am on a mission to find the perfect curio cabinet, or china cabinet so I can display them all in one area.

Last week my car went into the shop and had a new paint job done due to being keyed, and unfortunately hitting a piece of construction debris on the interstate this past Spring, and I have to tell you it looks beautiful, and was so worth the money!! Of course by time I thought of my vehicle today it was too dark outside to take a photo. I was planning on having the interior professionally detailed, but I have decided to wait until Spring.

I have completed Week 2 of my Nursing Leadership class, and what a breath of fresh air this class has been, the professor is relaxed, the textbooks are interesting, and to make life even better, there is no group project responsibility [insert sound of angels singing here].

My [new] laptop had to be put in the shop, and to say that I am not impressed would be a huge understatement. All I have to say is it is a good thing HP has fixed the problem and shows my laptop will be mailed out tomorrow.

New books that I’ve added to my Kindle; Autism’s Hidden Blessings, Saving Lives: Why the Media’s Portrayal of Nurses Puts Us All at Risk, Woman’s Inhumanity to Woman, I Hate You–Don’t Leave Me: Understanding the Borderline Personality, I’m Not Crazy Just Bipolar, All In My Mind? …now, just need some time to read all of the books in my Kindle!
I am in hopes of a great week filled with accomplishments, and good things. Until next time…
